Delivery Terms

FG La Pasta’s delivery team will deliver your order within 1-3 days from date of order. We will accommodate special delivery requests within reason to ensure your order gets to you in the best condition. Upon failure to make delivery, we will attempt to contact you to make an alternative arrangement. Should we not be able to reach you, your order will be returned to our freezers, and we will attempt delivery the following day at an additional delivery fee. Please note that should we not have stock of an item you have ordered; you will be notified and be given the option to receive delivery within a reasonable time frame or swap the item out for one that is readily available.

We reserve the right to change the time of delivery at any stage and will not be held liable for any deliveries that are late or are not delivered on the agreed day.

Delivery Costs

Delivery Fee is a flat rate of R150.00 for all orders within the Gauteng region. Orders of R1000 or more are FREE delivery. Please note that we only deliver in the Gauteng region.

We reserve the right to increase delivery costs as operationally required.
